It's been almost three months since my last post. It has been wonderful having our first granddaughter and spending every moment possible with precious Faith Katan. I have been writing as time allows and still hope to finish my sequel to publish before the end of the year. God's timing is always perfect.

Mysterious Happenings
Good morning, Readers,
As I continue my research for my sequel, I am finding things that I never dreamed existed in this world (real or paranormal). I knew in the end times there would be demonic deceptions and "wonders" performed by the False Prophet and Antichrist that would "deceive the very elect if it were possible". I am getting a glimpse as to what could be included in this great deception and it is mind boggling!
It's a good thing I have chosen novels as my outlet of sharing information because most people would not believe the things that are slowly being perpetrated on society. There was a time in my life I would have laughed and totally discounted what I am now seeing as decades of planning by the those connected to the demonic realm and are planning the appearance of the One World Leader.
As I tell those that attend my prophecy classes, don't take my word for it. Study for yourself (with an open mind and with the leading and discernment of The Holy Spirit).
When you read my new novel that I hope to have published this fall, don't discount it as fiction because the story line will be very real as what is going on in the name of science but is connected to the paranormal world (an alternate reality).
In my first novel, Gabriella experienced an alternate paranormal reality. In the sequel it will become a whole new dimension as the end of days battle of good and evil continues.

A Writer's "Aha!" Moment
I love those "Aha" moments as a writer! I have my sequel well over half written, but I have constantly struggled with something not feeling just right. I felt like the content of The Omega Watchers' sequel was right on, but my inner spirit kept nudging me there needed to be something else added to the plot to make it more prophetically spot on in the Christian world of debates on end time events. I could not put my finger on what I was not satisfied with and kept praying for the Holy Spirit's guidance.
Well, last night it became crystal clear and I am so excited as I can see now how the sequel is going to play out. I still have details to edit and more chapters to write, but I am praising my Heavenly Father this morning for guidance as I continue this journey of writing both for His glory and to inform readers of what is getting ready to take place on planet earth, according to the Holy ancient prophetic writings.

A Wonderful Writer's Interruption
Dear Readers,
Sometimes life brings heart ache and disappointment. Other times there are blessings beyond description. I have been truly blessed! In this past year our only daughter married a wonderful Christian man and became pregnant. After two months of pregnancy complications in the last trimester, they now have a beautiful, perfectly healthy baby daughter; and these are answers to a mother's many years of prayers. When you hold in your arms the precious daughter of your precious daughter, even an author struggles for the words that portray the inner emotions.
Now it is time to get back to writing! Often times when I am rocking little Faith Katan, I am praying both for her and for the direction my sequel will take. This interlude in writing has allowed me time to ponder the numerous chapters I have already written and do some research on some major parts I want to add or change to the plot. I have some ideas and concepts I am anxious to interweave into the storyline that I do not think have been used before in plots (at least not to my knowledge). I am going to have several avid readers proof the final version to try to make sure before publishing.
My goal is to complete and publish The Omega Watchers Sequel, by fall. I always appreciate your prayers that the will of my Heavenly Father be done!

Writing Interludes
A personal note from the author part of me.
As with my first novel, I would intensely write for days or weeks and then life events would take over. It's only natural the same would be with the sequel. I have it approximately 2/3 finished. However, something else has been weighing heavy on my heart.
I wanted to share on my blog a post to my personal FB page about the direction of my current writing.

Very few people know many years ago I started my first book...a children's book based on the lives of two very special little girls that were a big part of my life. They were going through heart breaking circumstances that reflected the lives of so many children in our society. I wrote in segments that were published in a monthly publication (Christian Way). The editor said a grandfather told her he waited anxiously to read what happened next, to his granddaughter he was raising who had gone through similar circumstances.
Spiritual battles came from many sides in my life and what I had written was filed away and my love for writing put on hold. I never finished that book. Recently, it's been weighing on my heart to complete this assignment. My sequel to 'The Omega Watchers' may temporarily be put on hold to finish "Solomon's Journey" to be dedicated to my soon arriving granddaughter who will be named the main hero character written in my book of 2002....Faith.
After prayerfully considering continuing "Solomon's Journey", I have come to a conclusion. I want to do a series of journeys...not just one children's book. I'm considering starting a new blog where these stories can be posted and read to children at no cost.
As a result, there will be interludes in writing my sequel as I also work on this series of journeys for the angel dog, Solomon.
