The "Write" Stuff with Parker J. Cole, Radio Host

It is a great honor to be Parker J. Cole's Guest Author this coming Tuesday, May 23rd (7:00-8:00 PM EST). Parker showcases authors around the world of varying genres and all from a Christian perspective.

This is an opportunity to share with listeners around the world the deeper meaning of my novels - why did I write them, what inspires me, what is truth and what is fiction in the story and plots. I will also be answering questions from listeners of the radio program.

I have not shared this on my blog because I was waiting for more information.  But I decided to both share and ask my blog readers to join me in prayer for God's perfect will.

"The Omega Watchers", Book I in the Series, is going to be considered for a 'possible' movie.  It's just in the first stages of consideration and it is a long shot, but I am honored it is even going to be considered.  

To give a lighter mood to my social media and based on the movie possibility, I have a game on "The Omega Watchers" FB page to offer suggestions of what actors to play the main characters.  This is just for fun. but I am going to mail a signed copy of my new novel to the winner and post the Winner's picture on my Amazon Author Page, FB Author Page, Google Profile and Blog.  

Here's how it will work:

1.Review Guru Peter Younghusband will select a character and we will post it on Facebook Page, "The Omega Watchers".  To comment on your suggestion for an an actor/acress, Just click on the link above "Join The Omega Watchers on Facebook" 

2. Everyone making suggestions will be put in a drawing and Peter will announce the winner of that character before we move to the next. That winner becomes a Finalist.
3. After the cast is complete I will draw from the Finalists at my Book Signing on May 13th.

Half Hour of Silence in Heaven

Most of my blogs have been about my novels, events, updates, etc.  However, as I am studying and researching for Book III in The Omega Watchers Series, I will be sharing some "nuggets" of revelation I am receiving concerning The Book of Revelation.

In Book III Gabriella is at the threshold of the seven years of tribulation which is given in outline form in Daniel and precise detail in John's Revelation.  To most, The Book of Revelation is mysterious, confusing, debatable, and been the center of much theological heated discussion.

I have been among those that would read and study the different commentaries to only be more confused.  Until!  Until I began to study this 2000-year-old Revelation of Jesus our Messiah in the context of the first century in which it was written.  A time when all Jews studied and understood the Torah (or often referred to as the Law of Moses - the first five books of the Bible).  The early church understood the connections John was making and that needed no interpretation, but through the 20 centuries of time and especially as our society became westernized we have lost the roots of the Hebraic connections that define, connect and enlighten us to what John was revealing.

I believe the prophetic vision John had not only gave the events of The Great Tribulation but connected them to the Temple worship in Israel and the appointed days - The Seven Feasts (moadim) of Yahweh - given in Lev. 23. It really only makes sense knowing these seven holy convocations were both actual Hebrew events and "rehearsals" of future prophetic events all revealing Jesus from his first coming to the final Kingdom on Earth. There is so much depth that it is impossible to share it in a blog and honestly I have only begun to scratch the surface.  But I do want to share some valuable nuggets in the coming months as I am studying and writing to challenge my readers to study for themselves.

 "And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. And I saw the seven angels which stood before God, and to them were given seven trumpets.- Rev. 8:1-2" - Have you wondered why a half hour of silence?  There are some events in Revelation that make no sense outside of the Seven Feasts and Jewish temple worship. When you see the connection it's like...WOW!  

It is a recorded fact of the Temple service that the whole process of collecting the fire from the altar, offering the incense, and re-emerging from the Sanctuary took THIRTY MINUTES. During all this time, the musical and vocal praises in the Temple ceased, and the people stood in an awed silence! For half an hour.  Then seven trumpets were blown!

Do you think this is a coincidence?  The Book of Revelation is "The Revelation of Jesus our Messiah" and all the events that will take place just before his Second Coming.  The Tabernacle built by Moses in the wilderness was all prophetic of Jesus the Messiah in his first coming.  He is the Alpha and Omega - the beginning and the end.

The Third Strand eBook Available to Order Today

Today 'The Third Stand' eBook went on sale on Amazon and anywhere electronic books are sold. In 2-3 weeks the printed book will be available to order. I am anxious to hear from my readers their comments and feedback on The Omega Watchers' Sequel.

This has been a long labor of love and I am taking a breath before starting Book III in the series. In the meantime, I have TWO SPECIAL REQUESTS from those who will read 'The Third Strand':

Pre-release review of "The Third Strand"

While waiting for "The Third Strand" to be printed and published, I sent the manuscript to Peter Younghusband to read in advance of the release date.  I am excited and humbled by his review.  I have ministered in various ways throughout my life but I can honestly say sharing coming prophetic events in the form of Christian novels has been one of my greatest joys.  I pray many lives will be enriched, informed, challenged, and find a deeper walk with our Lord and Savior through the Biblical information weaved into these end time stores.

I am thankful there are book critics who vet Christian novels for the content being Biblically sound. Christian Fiction Award for 'The Omega Watchers'

When I started my journey as an author I struggled with the normal thoughts of a beginning writer: Will anyone read it?  Can I really be a writer or is it just my pipe dream?

When I discovered I could paint pictures and emotions with words, I found a new love in my life and a new calling for my retirement years.  I spent decades of working, raising a family and just trying to be a good Christian, mother, and wife.  I loved every minute of it but always had a desire to write and reach people with both the prophetic message and message of salvation through Yeshua (Jesus).

I have been contacted by people all around the globe who have read The Omega Watchers and been ministered to on varying levels. I believe writing has been an avenue of 'redeeming the time'.

Today I was greatly honored and humbled to have been informed I have won a Christion fiction award for my first novel.  ("Redemption Fiction"  - http://radiqx.com/speculative-fiction/christian-redemptive-fiction-award/)

After just finishing the sequel to The Omega Watchers, this encourages me to begin Book III in the series.  The plot has already formed in my mind...now to start putting it into words.
